High-Precision AMR–Cobot Alignment

遨博移动复合机器人（AMR）集成了环境感知、动态决策规划与行为控制的能力，搭载了3D视觉系统，能够在转向、移动后与另一台遨博机械臂末端精准对接。遨博AMR可实现物料搬运、拣选和工序配送等生产场景，并广泛应用于智能制造、食品药品、智慧医疗等众多领域。

The AUBO AMR integrates environmental perception, dynamic decision-making, and behavior control capabilities. Equipped with a 3D vision system, it enables high-precision docking with the end effector of another AUBO robotic arm after steering and movement. The AUBO AMR supports production scenarios such as material handling, picking, and process delivery, and is widely applied in fields including intelligent manufacturing, food and pharmaceuticals, and smart healthcare.

Deeply integrated with an AUBO cobot and Lanxin AMR, the system enables fast deployment for mobile picking, loading, inspection, sorting, and other compound tasks. With open interfaces, it supports flexible expansion with various robot arms, grippers, and vision modules. A single unit functions as a fully mobile intelligent manufacturing cell, ideal for flexible production lines in 3C electronics, new energy, automotive, medical, e-commerce, and more.

这套由遨博协作机器人与科美自动化联合开发的无序分拣应用，集成了2D相机，实现无序工件的自动识别、定位与拾取，无需人工干预，即可高效完成批量上下料任务。该系统不同于多数传统上下料方案，无需依赖机械臂的固定位置信息，而是借助相机进行实时扫描与精确引导，结合遨博机械臂的精准定位精度和毫秒级响应速度，在定位准确性、重复性和灵活性方面展现显著优势，适用于复杂、多变的制造环境，提升整体生产效率。

AUBO cobot, integrated with cameras, enable automatic identification, positioning, and picking of unordered workpieces, efficiently completing batch loading and unloading tasks without any human intervention—making it ideal for complex, dynamic manufacturing environments and boosting overall production efficiency.

Robotic Polishing Workstation 

机器人打磨应用集成了遨博协作机器人与领航机器人轴向主动式浮动力控打磨系统，专为航空航天发动机叶片等复杂曲面加工设计。系统通过主动式恒力控制实现工件表面的自适应柔性打磨，使打磨力始终稳定一致，确保表面质量均匀；遨博协作机器人具备高精度与高安全性，可灵活应对多角度打磨需求。该方案集成度高、部署便捷，已在航空航天及汽车制造等高端制造领域得到广泛应用。

The Robotic Polishing workstation consists of the AUBO collaborative robot integrated with the LH-TC axial active floating force control polishing system, specifically designed for processing complex curved surfaces. This solution features high integration and convenient deployment, and has been widely applied in high-end manufacturing fields such as aerospace and automotive production.

Robotic Visual Inspection

这套由AUBO与TS联合打造的展示系统，在机器人顶部搭载了3D相机，可实时捕捉现场画面。系统能够自动识别骰子当前朝上的点数，并将其精准摆放到对应数字的卡片位置上。即使卡片被随意移动位置，3D相机会立即扫描，同时机器人也会自动调整路径，将骰子重新放回正确的位置——无需人为干预，完全自适应。这不仅展示了协作机器人在视觉识别方面的高精度与灵活性，更体现了其在复杂变化场景中的可靠表现。

这套应用直观呈现了AUBO机器人在“视觉 + 智能决策”方面的能力，为更多柔性制造场景提供了一种更高效、更智能的解决方案。

This demonstration system, jointly developed by AUBO and TS, is equipped with a 3D camera mounted on top of the robot to capture real-time environmental data. The system automatically detects the number facing up on the dice and precisely places it onto the corresponding card.

This interactive demo highlights AUBO’s capabilities in “vision + intelligent decision-making,” offering a smarter, more efficient solution for a wide range of flexible manufacturing scenarios.
